A dashboard for installing an AI assistant and administering your Ubuntu server.
What the dashboard does
SmarterBrain guides the Hermes installation, shows server status and gives you controls for supported updates and basic administration. Plus adds update scheduling and firewall or SSH settings that you configure.
You operate the dashboard and remain the server administrator. Free and Plus use a VPS in your own hosting account. You need basic server knowledge or someone who can help.
Hermes does the assistant work: research, email, diary tasks and recurring jobs using the accounts and permissions you connect.

Keep files and assistant memory on the VPS. Arrange storage upgrades with your provider.
Set permissions
Decide which accounts Hermes can access and which actions require approval.
A VPS may share physical hardware. It provides a full virtual machine with administrator access; some hosted assistant workspaces limit the applications, files or settings available to you.
Your responsibilities
You choose dashboard actions, configure schedules and check their results. You also arrange backups and maintain any additional applications.
Dashboard status reporting does not collect assistant conversations. AI and messaging providers still process the content sent through their services.
On your own VPS, uninstalling the dashboard agent keeps Hermes and its data. The Coming soon Hosted option has a different hosting account and exit arrangement.
