These terms explain the informational website and the owner’s responsibilities.
1. What SmarterBrain provides
SmarterBrain provides a dashboard for installing Hermes, viewing status and performing supported basic administration on an Ubuntu server. The owner chooses actions and configures any available update schedules, firewall or SSH settings.
2. Dashboard scope
You administer the server. SmarterBrain supplies the available controls and does not provide someone to operate or maintain it on your behalf. The dashboard is not a general-purpose remote terminal. Keep independent access to your provider console and verified backups.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the server you rent, for keeping your own backups, for the AI provider accounts and keys you use, and for using your assistant lawfully. The final decision on any action on your server is always yours.
4. Liability
Statutory liability rules apply. These terms do not exclude or limit mandatory rights or remedies, including liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.
5. Availability and changes
We may change or pause the service and may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page.
6. Plans and purchases
Plan features and proposed prices are listed on the pricing page. This website does not accept orders, take payment or create subscriptions. Browsing a plan does not create a paid entitlement.
This website does not conclude paid subscription contracts. Any future purchase will be subject to the terms and mandatory consumer information provided with that offer, including cancellation and refund rights.
7. Governing law
German law applies. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence where those provisions apply. This choice does not restrict statutory consumer rights.
