Free and Plus use a supported Ubuntu VPS you already control. Setup checks the machine and any existing Hermes installation before proceeding.
Investigate a conflict or unsupported installation before changing it. Keep a backup and provider-console access available. A laptop or home computer has different networking and availability constraints and is not automatically a supported VPS setup.
